Description
This is a small collection of ambiences recorded at various depths and heights inside 2 different cornfields in Minnesota during the summer and early fall. Additionally, there are 2 recordings near cornfields along the side of the road. You’ll hear a lot of crickets, cicadas and birds as these were recorded on hot days, but mostly you hear stalk and leaf movement. The recordings are natural and nothing was staged, added, or layered. No post-processing was applied.
This collection will be useful for films, TV spots, corporate programs and animation.
One set was recorded using a Sennheiser MKH 30/40 combo while the other was Schoeps in ORTF for a spacious detailed sound.
