Can I receive a refund on a product I purchased?

Since we give ample auditioning opportunity and that these are digital products, we do not offer refunds. Please take the time to listen to our product demos carefully.

 

Do I need Paypal to purchase your products?

Nope! We use it to process all the store transactions.

 

One of the products I purchased came in four ZIP folders. What do I do with them?

We split certain larger packs into smaller folders so that they are easier to transfer/download. Simply unzip them individually and consolidate them once they are done downloading. These are NOT multi-part compressed folders that have to be unzipped in a certain fashion.

 

Something doesn’t sound right with my files. They might be corrupt. What do I do?

Try re-downloading from your download links if something isn’t working right. If all else fails, contact us and we will do our best to solve the issue ASAP.

 

My download link expired, and I have to re-download my purchase NOW!

Contact us if you need additional download attempts. We work with this on a person-by-person basis.

 

Does the product I purchased come with a license agreement?

All products will have a documents folder, which will include our EULA. You can also read the terms of our agreement here.
